Please note that cancellations of dog walking must be made 72 hours prior to your service appointment for a full refund. Cancellation of dog walking must be made 24 hours prior to your service appointment for a 50% refund. Cancellations of pet sitting must be made 2 weeks prior to your service appointment for a full refund. Cancellations of pet sitting must be made 1 week prior to the first day of your service appointment, for a 50% refund. We understand that sometimes unexpected events and delays can interfere with travel plans. If an unavoidable emergency occurs (canceled flight or natural disaster, at our discretion) you will not be held to the 50% payment due. Your payment will be saved for when you can reschedule your trip.
